A ‘Four Seasons’ themed backdrop is to play host to the celebrations and will see pop-rock sensation, The South (featuring members of The Beautiful South) keeping the party going well into the night.

High-profile celebrity performances and ‘money can’t buy’ auction prizes are promised and the direct beneficiaries of this year’s fundraising will soon be announced.

Steve Joyce, SES’ Business Director North and Scotland, said:

“We’re delighted to be supporting the Firecracker Ball this year. It promises to be a fantastic evening of entertainment and fundraising. Hopefully we can raise even more money than last year’s spectacular event!

“The funds Barnardo’s receive go a long way to changing the lives of thousands of children and young people across Yorkshire. All of us at SES Engineering Services are proud to support such a worthwhile cause.”
