Due to complete in 2026, the landmark commercial office development in London Bridge for EDGE Technologies is set to be London’s most sustainable office building, setting new standards for intelligent office spaces in the UK.
Appointed by longstanding partner, Mace, SES will deliver the full MEP shell and core services, using our expertise to deliver a state-of-the-art, sustainable, and occupant-focused smart building.
The 28-story tower is EDGE’S first in the UK and is set to achieve BREEAM Outstanding, WELL Platinum certification and exceeding RIBA energy-use targets set for new buildings for ‘Paris Proof’ occupation. To achieve the goal of delivering their first Net Zero project, EDGE London Bridge will use renewable materials such as timber, circular economy principles, materials reuse and recycling, and renewable energy.
The pioneering development will be instrumental in achieving EDGE’S goal to produce better buildings based on its four pillars; Sustainability, Wellbeing, Design and Technology.
We are currently on site carrying out preconstruction activities including detailed design, procurement, Design for manufacture and assembly (DFMA) and collaborating with Mace to find the most optimum build solutions. We are also working closely with our offsite manufacturing team to maximise our offsite solutions for this scheme.
