SES partnered with Sir Robert McAlpine to deliver a £23m MEP package for the redevelopment of Springfield University Hospital – a landmark mental health facility forming part of a wider regeneration in South London.

SES joined forces with Geoffrey Robinson Ltd to deliver critical MEP infrastructure for the NHS Nightingale Hospital North East in Sunderland – a 460-bed emergency facility created to support the region’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Working under immense time pressure, SES helped convert a 9,000m² empty unit into a fully operational hospital in just weeks.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, SES partnered with Wates Construction to deliver a full MEP fit-out of floors 14 and 15 at Royal London Hospital – creating capacity for over 170 intensive care beds in under five weeks.

Ordinarily a 12-month programme, the fast-track project involved full mechanical, electrical, and public health installations, as well as ceilings, flooring, cubicles, toilets, and partitions across two previously vacant expansion floors.
