

Amy is a strategic and operational HR leader with over 20 years’ experience shaping people strategies in complex, technology‑led and safety‑critical environments. She has a strong track record of building high‑performance, values‑driven cultures and leading organisational transformation to support sustainable growth.
A trusted advisor to senior leaders and boards, Amy combines strategic insight with hands‑on delivery. She is passionate about creating inclusive, resilient cultures across both hybrid and site‑based workforces, with a strong focus on wellbeing. Her expertise spans talent development, employee engagement and leadership capability in fast‑scaling organisations.
Before joining SES, Amy was People and Culture Director at Roma Finance, an award‑winning property and development lender. She previously spent eight years with Laing O’Rourke, including Crown House Technologies, and 11 years with Arup’s global design and engineering consultancy. Amy holds a degree in Health and Community Studies and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and the Chartered Management Institute. She is CMI‑qualified in coaching and mentoring and recently completed the Disruptive HR Chief People Officer Programme.
