Our partnership with Fight 4 Change brings that belief to life. Founded by Rebecca Donnelly MBE, Fight 4 Change uses sport to engage young people in London, alongside mentoring, training and support into work.
Through our partnership, we’re helping young people discover the opportunities available within engineering and construction, opening up our industry to those who may not previously have considered it.
It’s about creating meaningful social value, sharing the experience of our people and helping young people develop the confidence, skills and connections that can support their future.
