SES is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Cooper as Managing Director of SES Manufacturing, as the business continues to build momentum and pursue significant growth opportunities.

Paul joins SES with more than 25 years of experience as a Chartered Engineer and Chartered Management Consultant. He brings a proven track record of delivering manufacturing excellence, operational transformation and continuous improvement across complex, multi-site operations.

Throughout his career, Paul has led large-scale Lean and Operational Excellence programmes on a global scale, driving substantial improvements in productivity, efficiency, quality, safety and cost performance.

His senior leadership experience spans organisations including Siemens Advanta, KPMG and Unipart Consulting, where he has consistently delivered business transformation, built high-performing teams and embedded sustainable cultures of continuous improvement.

As Managing Director of SES Manufacturing and a member of the SES Leadership Team, Paul will play a key role in advancing the company’s offsite engineering solutions offering and supporting the delivery of its ambitious growth strategy.

Rob brings nearly three decades of construction, design, and engineering expertise to his role and has a strong track record of business leadership and significant experience in MEP operations strategy development and implementation.
