Where buildings think, people thrive
Through digital enablement and smart technologies, we create data-rich environments where building systems communicate, collaborate, and continuously learn. These intelligent systems share and utilise data to drive improved outcomes – from energy efficiency and operational performance to occupant wellbeing and experience. By enabling smart decision-making, we help clients unlock the full potential of their built environments.
A digital building is more than just connected – it’s responsive, adaptive, and designed to serve the needs of its stakeholders. Whether it’s the building’s occupants, operators, or owners, our goal is to deliver measurable improvements through technology: reducing energy consumption, enhancing comfort, and streamlining operations.
The smart technologies we integrate into our MEP systems – combined with our data-capture methodology – lay the foundation for healthier, more efficient buildings with lower operational costs. This data doesn’t just inform today’s performance; it enables us to offer bespoke, predictive services in the future, supporting long-term value and resilience.

11 and 12 Wellington Place, Leeds – A NABERS 5 Star Rated Smart Building
Tasked with creating a premium, sustainable office space to attract long-term tenants, we partnered with MEPC to deliver a digitally enabled building focused on performance and occupant experience.
Working with technology partners, we collaborated to develop a Wellington Place-branded app that allows users to access the building via smartphone, manage visitors, and control their local environment. The app also provides energy insights to encourage behavioural change and reduce carbon emissions – helping create a smarter, more connected workplace.
We’re in a race to meet our own sustainability goals and help our customers meet theirs. With over 100 digital building opportunities in the pipeline, we’re passionate about delivering better-performing assets and enhancing the occupant experience.”
