Driving performance and partnership in hotel development
As part of the expansion of The Belfry Hotel & Resort, an iconic golf and hospitality destination in Sutton Coldfield, SES was appointed by VINCI Building to deliver the mechanical and electrical package. Work was completed on the 149-bedroom hotel wing and The Masters Suite, a premium event space designed to elevate the resort’s capacity for leisure and corporate guests, in July 2025.
Completed eight weeks ahead of schedule, and with an exceptional health and safety record, The Belfry is a standout example of our commitment to programme certainty, collaborative delivery and engineering excellence.
A strong culture of partnership was fostered across the entire supply chain, supported by proactive engagement and performance-led initiatives, resulting in SES receiving a 10/10 Net Promoter Score from Vinci.
