As part of Phase 3 of the development, we are responsible for the high-quality installation of key mechanical and electrical services, ensuring the facility meets the needs of future events.
Phase 3 of the ExCeL London expansion adds 12,000 square meters of additional exhibition space, alongside state-of-the-art conference and meeting rooms. With this extension, ExCeL will boast a total of 125,000 square meters, solidifying its position as Europe’s largest fully integrated conference and exhibition venue.
SES’s contribution includes the installation of advanced heating, cooling, and ventilation systems, as well as electrical services such as power distribution, security systems, and a Building Management System (BMS).
