With a deep commercial background, Darren founded and successfully operated his own MEP commercial consultancy for 14 years, working closely with Tier 1 contractors on some of London’s most complex and high-profile projects. This experience has given him a comprehensive understanding of diverse delivery models, commercial drivers, and the critical interfaces that underpin successful project outcomes.
Darren’s leadership centres on building trusted long-term relationships with clients, fostering positive and reliable supply chain partnerships, and creating opportunities for people within the business to develop and excel.
