Strategic hire: Ash Delsol joins to drive customer strategy and regional growth
We have strengthened our London and South leadership team with the appointment of Ash Delsol as Regional Customer Strategy Director, supporting the business’ ambitious growth plans across the region.
With Ash joining both the regional senior leadership team and the wider SES leadership team, his appointment reflects our continued investment in building a strong, customer-focused leadership capability as we expand our presence across key M&E markets.
Ash brings more than 30 years’ experience in client relationship management and business development, having held both regional and national roles with leading M&E contractors. He spent 12 years at Hotchkiss Limited, where he served as a Board Director, and most recently held the role of Business Development Director at Grant Walker, supporting the growth of the business over the past three years.
With strong connections across a range of sectors, including Data Centres, Ash will play a key role in strengthening our position in the London and South M&E markets. In his new role, he will focus on shaping and delivering our customer strategy, enhancing client relationships, and supporting the business to win work with the right partners.
Ash’s appointment further supports our investment in building a strong national customer strategy team, led by Phil Walker, as we continue to strengthen our customer-first approach and drive long-term, sustainable growth.
