SES is helping to create a world-class life sciences facility that sets new standards for sustainability and operational efficiency. 

At The Founding, just one part of British Lands 53-acre master development at Canada Water, to create the first new town centre in London in over 50 years, we are supporting main contractor Wates by delivering innovative and sustainable MEP solutions.

SES were appointed to deliver specialist MEP services on the project, working alongside main contractor Wates who are leading the design and delivery of the build.

ES supported main contractor Wates to deliver a full fit-out to floors 14 and 15 of the Royal London Hospital,

The Life and Mind Building (LaMB) will house the Department of Biology and the Department of Experimental Psychology, providing space for 800 students and 1,200 researchers. The building will also be home to the state-of-the-art institute for antimicrobial research following a £100 million donation from INEOS.  

The £2.4m Eden Boys Leadership Academy in Birmingham for Star Academies required us to utilise our offsite manufacturing capabilities to excel the programme.
