Contract Manager – Heating & Compliance (H&C)

Liberty is looking for an experienced Contract Manager to lead the day‑to‑day delivery of our Heating & Compliance services across the West Midlands. You’ll manage multidisciplinary field and office teams, ensure full compliance across gas service, repair and installation workstreams, and act as a senior operational contact for our clients.
The Role
- Lead and mentor engineers, supervisors and admin teams
- Oversee daily operational delivery and ensure all compliance standards are met
- Manage KPIs, budgets, materials and performance reporting
- Build strong client relationships and resolve escalated queries
- Drive safety, quality and continuous service improvements
- Support onboarding, procurement and regional growth
- Deputise for senior leaders when required
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar operational/contract management role
- Background in social housing, gas service/repair/installation or compliance
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving ability
- Experience managing both technical and office-based staff
- Excellent communication, coaching and customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Gas or Electrical qualification (desirable)
- IOSH (desirable)
