As Senior Planner, you will provide an effective and professional planning and programming service for pre-contract and key projects across the country. Please note that this is a site and office-based role.
Wates Smartspace is a national business, delivering high-quality fit-out, refurbishment and property upkeep projects, enhancing its customers’ physical assets and operating environments. Working with a wide variety of long-standing customers, we have established a strong reputation for delivering projects to tight timescales and in live environments, frequently working around business-critical equipment.

You will also have a knowledge of commonly used forms of construction contracts as well as an awareness of a variety of performance measurement techniques, such as Critical Path Analysis, Earned Value Analysis, and use of Key Performance Indicators. We use Asta Power Project, so a working knowledge is essential.
