To ensure a seamless approach for the client, a project design engineer is appointed at an early stage to take the clients brief, prepare cost plans and stay with the project through design development, working drawing preparation, commissioning and handover.
A 2D and 3D computer aided design and draughting facility enables us to produce a full three-dimensional model of the building, showing the planned services in all sections and elevations. For certain projects, this can prove vital to ensure that clashes are eliminated before work on site commences.
The Design Department operates a quality assurance system and is certified to ISO 9001 as confirmed by Construction Quality Assurance (CQA ltd) certificate number 003.
