SES

SES was responsible for the installation and commissioning of the M&E Services at the ‘Oasis’, Meadowhall.

Designed to be the social focal point of this out of town shopping centre, the Oasis is a rotunda, housing café bars, restaurants and fast food outlets. With direct access to the adjacent cinemas and shopping malls, the complex has a large seating area, video wall and its own television studio.

The contract included air conditioning, heating, sprinklers, smoke control and ventilation, together with LV power, fire alarms, security, lighting and specialist lighting to promote plant growth.

All the internal facades of the building are designed to have a Spanish look and ambience, with the central seating area boasting fountains and living trees, giving the overall effect of a town square.
