SES

Cascades Shopping Centre, in the heart of Portsmouth, is undergoing a £20 million refurbishment to create a shopping experience for the 21st Century. The focal point will be a new two-storey mall and crescent shaped atrium with balconies and screens.

SES has been selected to undertake the £3 million design, installation and commissioning of the mechanical, electrical and associated services contract within the new scheme. The contract includes air conditioning, heating, sprinklers, smoke control and ventilation, together with LV power, fire alarms, security, lighting and specialist lighting to promote plant growth.

The Project is due for completion in October 2007.
