SES

The Bridges Shopping Centre, Sunderland opened its new multi- million pound extension to the public last Autumn with over 25 new outlets including a new Debenhams department store and multi storey car park. SES, working with main contractor Laing and developer Land Securities, completed the £2.6 million services installation in time for the scheduled opening of September 2000.

The work involved an upgrade and installation of new public health and sprinkler services, smoke extract and ventilation systems plus a building management system for the centre.
