SES was commissioned to install the full mechanical and electrical package for the new Borders Books store on Leeds' number one retail street, Briggate.

SES' work on the 35,000 square feet three-storey new build was scheduled to a tight 14 week programme and was successfully completed to meet the official launch date.

The store, which at the time was only the third one to be open outside of London, added to their already extensive worldwide portfolio which includes over 1,150 outlets in the USA, plus numerous other stores throughout Australasia and the Far East.
