Value Engineering

Value Engineering is used on specific areas of projects to verify that the methods and construction techniques we plan to use are the most efficient and effective.

Working with the Client and all the key stakeholders within the project team, including our supply chain, we hold Value Engineering Workshops led by an external facilitator on all major and strategically important jobs.  The results of these workshops enable SES to quickly and cost effectively provide the best value solution to our clients.
