SES helps transform new Hotel & Spa development

The North division of building services firm, SES, has completed the £10 million installation of the mechanical & electrical services to Rockliffe Hall Hotel & Spa, in Hurworth-on-Tees near Darlington.
SES bags another six BSF contracts worth over £30m

Working with a number of principal contractors, including Costain, Interserve and Carillion, SES is pleased to announce that, because of its wealth of experience in the education sector, it has recently secured another six new contracts to install the mechanical & electrical (M&E) services into schools in Bradford, Durham, Leeds and South Tyneside & Gateshead, worth over £30 million.

Following on from the completion of three mental health facilities in Leicester, Derby and Lincolnshire in 2009, SES has been awarded two new P21 Healthcare projects worth £4.5 million.
