Trafford Town Hall Underway

Work has begun on redeveloping Trafford's Town Hall, in Manchester, which is the first project for the new Shepherd Aligned brand (Shepherd Construction, SES and Shepherd Developments). Trafford's Council Leader, Matt Colledge, marked the start of major construction work which is set to bring the Council's historic town hall up to a fit for purpose standard whilst making much needed savings.
SES given the green light on eco-friendly Southampton Academy

SES has secured its first major contract in Southampton since opening its new office in the city in January 2011. SES has been appointed as the main services contractor working on the new multi-million pound Oasis Academy, Mayfield. Working alongside principal contractor Carillion, this will be the first of two new academies being built in Southampton under the PFS Academies Framework.
SES secures its first major contract in Scottish capital

SES is delighted to announce that it has secured its first major order in the capital, following its expansion into Scotland. Working alongside Balfour Beatty Construction, SES has been appointed as the main building services contractor to deliver a multi-million pound refurbishment of the Assembly Rooms in the heart of Edinburgh.
