SES

St Stephen’s Retail Development is a new, £70m retail complex in Hull city centre. Once completed it will offer extensive high-street shopping and supermarket facilities, leisure facilities including a hotel, cinema, casino and Gala bingo, The development also includes the refurbishment of the train and bus stations which will link with a new transport interchange.

SES has been selected to undertake the £5.5m building services infrastructure for the retail units, and also the landlord services within the management suite. This includes the electrical LV infrastructure, fire alarms, CCTV, feature lighting, sprinkler protection system, water and gas infrastructure and public services.

The project is due for completion in Autumn 2007.
