Proving to be the one of the highest and arguably the most impressive new buildings in Yorkshire, Bridgewater Place is a unique development offering 227,000 sq ft of prime office accommodation, 158 luxury apartments and 15,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space.

In a negotiated contract worth £11.4 million, SES is responsible for the design, installation, testing and commissioning of all services to the first 10 floors which will make up the car parks, office and retail space. Landlord services will also be installed to the residential tower.

At 32 storeys high the development will be a significant addition to the Leeds skyline, with its two blocks linked by a ten-story glass atrium.

Completion is expected in Summer 2006.
