SES

Procured under the Private Finance Initiative, SES has been selected to complete the mechanical and electrical services contract for this new £16 million state of the art sports and leisure centre in Brent, London.

Once completed, the facilities on offer will include two swimming pools, sports hall, fitness suites, multi-purpose training areas and a floodlit external running track with long jump.

SES is undertaking the design, installation and commissioning of all M&E services including radiant panel heating, CCTV, small power, lighting, sanitaryware, fire alarms, flood lighting, security and IT cabling.

The project is due for completion in Winter 2006.
