SES

SES was appointed as Principal Contractor to complete a £2.8m fit-out of this warehouse. This fast track contract involved a number of sub-contractors working alongside each other to ensure completion within the designated 24-week timescale.

SES installed the building services throughout the warehouse and office space, providing the necessary base for the mechanical equipment handlers to commence the installation of racking equipment to allow a fully automated distribution system.

The SES contract included lighting, small power, security and alarms, gas and water installations, high velocity ductwork, central battery systems and generator.
