SES

Working in close association with sister company MSS Clean Technology, SES provided BAE Systems with new state-of-the art cleanroom facilities and additional work areas within an already existing facility.

The brief for SES included the design and installation of all the associated mechanical & electrical services, heating and ventilation, compressed air and a state-of-the-art chilled water regeneration system.

In addition, SES was responsible for the installation of specialist gases to a number of 'gas cabinets', including silane, phosphine, ammonia and nitrogen.

Due to the low ceiling height of the cleanrooms the installation of the high level equipment proved a real challenge. Through strategically planning the space and services required prior to the installation the programme ran smoothly and efficiently.
