As part of the established partnering relationship with main contractor Willmott Dixon, SES provided the full £2.2 million mechanical and electrical services package for the new Village Hotel and Leisure Complex at Coventry.

Features of the contract include the installation of air conditioning, heating, ventilation, security, fire alarms, internal and external illuminaires, public address system, telephone and data containment.

Even though the contract demanded a tight deadline the project was completed on time and within budget.
