SES

SES was selected to install the mechanical and electrical building services for this contemporary new Marriott Hotel.

Situated off the M1, the 224 bedroom hotel will comprise of a six storey concrete framed building including a central atrium with restaurant and area, a bar and leisure facilities including a swimming pool. Extensive conference facilities and meeting rooms are also being constructed.

The SES contract includes installation of all heating and ventillation systems, fire alarms and sprinklers and a Building Management System. A 'pod' bathroom installation has been used throughout the hotel, along with prefabricated pipework systems.
