SES

SES was selected to install the mechanical and electrical building services for the prestigious four star Malmaison hotel, which forms the frontage to the landmark Mailbox development - the largest multi purpose building in Europe. The hotel has 189 highly featured bedrooms, bars, restaurants and leisure facilities.

The confined footprint of the building within the city centre required that sophisticated just in time delivery techniques and careful programming of the installation took place to ensure minimal disruption to the normal working environment.

The SES contract included the installation of 27 riser modules, which are used to distribute the services to various locations around the hotel including mechanical, electrical and public health services, fire/security alarms and air conditioning.
