SES

SES was selected to undertake the mechanical and electrical services contract for two new health centres in the city of Birmingham.

These new one-stop centres, which replace existing health centres for both, offer state of the art facilities and a variety of new services to the local areas, including a number of individual clinics, minor operating theatres and an in-house pharmacy.

Working with Principal Contractor Carillion under the LIFT procurement method, the SES contract comprised high and low voltage power supply with UPS and IPS facilities, domestic services, fire protection, security, air conditioning, luminaries, communications and data systems.
