SES was awarded the £1.7m contract to install M&E building services to this 4-storey senior living development in the heart of Southampton.

Sunrise Senior living is a hugely successful American concept, creating an assisted living community environment for the elderly that encourages independence, preserves dignity and enables freedom of choice. Sunrise Southampton is a new, high quality development that offers 85 residential rooms with en-suite facilities, common areas, activity areas, kitchen and car parking for the elderly. There is also a staff accommodation suite and garden areas.

The SES contract included the mechanical, public health and electrical installation and commissioning works, including heating, ventilation, domestic services, mains and sub mains distribution and lighting.
