SES was selected to design and install mechanical and electrical services to this prestigious £21m riverside building in central Leeds.

The new 8-storey building offers basement parking and 12,000sqft of high-specification open plan office space. The SES contract involved the full scope of M&E installation, including heating, lighting, air conditioning, public health services and BMS. The tightly co-ordinated plan ensured the project was completed on time and on budget.

Whitehall Riverside forms part of an urban regeneration scheme for the South-Central area of Leeds. Alongside office accommodation, the Scheme will include a new riverside walkway, a piazza, and a pedestrian bridge that will link the North bank of the river with the riverside area and the adjoining Holbeck Urban Village.
