SES was selected to design and install mechanical and electrical services to this prestigious office development in the heart of Newcastle.

Working within the confines of the existing frame, which had already been constructed, SES utilised modularised units throughout, particularly the risers, floors and core services.

This refurbished office space, which will house staff working for The Big Lottery, was completed within just 14 weeks thanks to the innovative working practices employed by SES.
