SES

SES was selected to undertake extensive refurbishment of the West Wing and Justice Rooms within the Guildhall, in central London.

After initial enabling works in the West Wing, the project involved the installation of Mechanical, Public Health and Electrical services including the provision of fire alarms, lighting control and building management controls system to the area, which now offer office accommodation.

The Justice Rooms, which used to be a Magistrates Court with underground cells, now forms a new IT facility. New services and plant equipment have been installed within the car parking area and external Piazza, as well as the main building.

The lighting and power distribution includes the UPS, modular wiring, underfloor power track and the provision of containment for IT and security services.
