SES were contracted to provide full design, installation and commissioning for Card Protection Plan’s (CPP) new 60,000 sq ft three-tier Customer Contact Centre building in York.

The project included all heating and ventilation systems, air conditioning, fire alarms, safety and security systems, extensive lighting schemes - both internally and externally, public health installations, kitchen and restaurant areas, plus a gymnasium.

CPP is Europe’s first and largest card protection company and already has offices in London, Madrid, Frankfurt, Milan, Lisbon and Sao Paulo. The company operates around the clock, 365 days a year, offering world wide cover to 5.6 million policyholders.
